PCD Wire Drawing Dies
SFD PCD wire drawing dies can be used to draw square, rectangular, triangular, hexagonal, octagonal, semi-circular,elliptical, fan-shaped, Z-shaped, and tile-shaped wires. The minimum square wire eye size is 0.18x0.18mm, the minimum rectangular wire eye size is 0.08x0. 20mm, the minimum semi-circular wire eye size is 0.20x0.40mm, and the minimum triangular wire eyesize is 0.25x0.25mm. The sharp corners can reach 0.01mm, with a tolerance control of around ±0.001mm.
SFD Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) Shaped Wire Drawing Dies are manufactured using high-quality die cores,which have the following advantages:

The PCD dies can produce a variety of shaped wires, including:
