CVD Wire Drawing Dies
SFD Nano diamond coated mold: It is made of hard alloy (WC Co) as the substrate, and a layer of diamondfilm is grown on the surface of the inner hole of the mold by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Afterprecision grinding and polishing of the diamond coating, a new mold is obtained. The product has thetoughness of a hard alloy mold, as well as the hardness and wear resistance of natural diamond. Theinner hole is bright, the friction coefficient is low, and the service life is long.

Advantages:
1.Longer service life: The service life of tungsten carbide dies is 20-30 times longer than that ofconventional dies when drawing copper, aluminum, low-carbon steel, and high-carbon steel wires, aswell as cable strands and welding wires. For cable strands, the service life can be over 50 times longer.
2.Higher dimensional control accuracy and wire size stability: Tungsten carbide dies can maintainconsistent wire dimensions over an extended period.
3.Bright inner surface, good self-lubrication, and low coefficient of friction: The wire produced usingtungsten carbide dies has a high surface finish, does not stick, and results in reduced equipment wear.
4.Material savings: The metal wire length produced using tungsten carbide dies is 1-2% longercompared to traditional dies.
5.Maintenance-free operation: Tungsten carbide dies require less frequent inspection, die changes, andadjustments, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
6.Suitable for acid-free drawing processes: making the operation more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient
