Electric discharge machining: For some complex shaped mold components, we use electric discharge machining (EDM) technology. EDM uses electrical pulses to generate discharge between the workpiece and the electrode, in order to remove material and form the desired shape. This processing method can achieve high precision and fine machining.
Wire cutting machine: We use wire cutting machines for cutting and contour processing of molds. The wire cutting machine uses fine wire electrodes to discharge and cut workpieces, achieving high-precision and smooth cutting edges.
CNC milling machine: We use CNC milling machines for flat and contour machining of molds. CNC milling machines can accurately control the motion trajectory and machining parameters of cutting tools to achieve high-precision and complex shape machining.
Grinding machine: We use grinding machines for precision grinding and surface treatment of molds. Grinding machines can improve the surface quality and geometric accuracy of molds through grinding and polishing.
